Refund policy

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags attached. Keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Start a return

Contact Blue Collar Basics using our contact form with your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Do not send items back to the supplier or shipping-label address without instructions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind or sizing returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns. There is no restocking fee. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a store-paid resolution, including return shipping if a return is needed.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us for exchange assistance. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is possible only before supplier processing or dispatch; otherwise the return process applies. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.
